What is Wireless Internet?
Until now, high-speed Internet was only
available if you had a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) through
a telephone company, a cable-modem box through a cable company,
or a T-1 (or better). To get any of these you had to be close
to a city or town that was already “wired.”
With ComWavz, there are no phone lines needed-
no dial tones or busy signals! And your service is very rarely
affected by weather, the way some services are.
With a ComWavz connection, a rather small
antenna is mounted at your location, which connects you wirelessly
to one of our towers throughout northwest and central Ohio.
Your high-speed connection travels via our towers directly
to the Internet through one of our main Internet connections.
